Stefans Business Expertise since 1996
The first company was established in 1986 as a sole proprietorship in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The primary reason for its founding was simply to earn some part-time income.
1996 - 1998
Stefan’s journey into marketing began in 1996 at Funkhaus in Aschaffenburg am Main, Germany. There, he learned the fundamentals of marketing from the ground up. He crafted advertising copy for newspaper ads and radio commercials, planned comprehensive advertising campaigns, and managed the annual advertising budgets for his clients.
1998 - 2007
In 1998, Stefan ventured into the real estate industry, selling prefabricated houses across Germany and Switzerland for FingerHaus GmbH, based in Frankenberg/Eder. Within just three years, he consistently ranked among the top 10 best-performing agents. During his tenure with the company, Stefan maintained the highest average revenue per sale among all agents.
2007 - 2011
In 2007, Stefan became a franchise license partner of ENGEL & VÖLKERS Immobilien GmbH in Hamburg, acquiring the residential license for "ENGEL & VÖLKERS Offenbach am Main." Starting from the ground up, Stefan built the business from scratch. Within just three years, the office ranked among the top three most successful real estate agencies in the region.
2008 - 2011
In 2008, Stefan acquired his second residential franchise license, "ENGEL & VÖLKERS Frankfurter Süden," from ENGEL & VÖLKERS Immobilien GmbH in Hamburg. After taking over the license, he and his team successfully tripled the turnover within three years and expanded the workforce from just one employee to eight.
2012 - 2019
In 2012, Stefan exited both ENGEL & VÖLKERS licenses and founded the independent Hessische Immobilienvermittlung, establishing offices in Bad Homburg v.d.H. and Dreieich.
By 2016, Stefan began the digital transformation of the company, implementing comprehensive digital systems across all processes. This included client and property acquisition through paid advertisements, virtual property viewings enhanced with drone footage, e-mail marketing campaigns, internal communication systems, a robust CRM system, and streamlined employee recruitment and training programs, among other innovations.
2018 - 2019
In 2018, Stefan personally relocated from Frankfurt am Main to London. He established a branch office for Hessische Immobilienvermittlung in Mayfair, London, to assist clients relocating to Germany as a result of Brexit.
2019 - Today
In 2019, Stefan founded WERA Capital Partners Limited in London. Leveraging its exceptional network, WERA Capital Partners has established itself as a discreet and leading expert advisory firm, specializing in business consulting and investments in the ASEAN region.

Following a successful collaboration with CLAMS Consulting and the company's transformation into a digital service provider, Lee Robinson extended a strategic partnership offer to Stefan Neuss. Together, they founded Ashton Lee Central London Ltd., marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
