Stefans Business Expertise since 1996
The first Company was founded in 1986 as a Sole Proprietorship in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. And the Reason therefore was just to make some Money part-time.
1996 - 1998
Marketing started back in 1996 at the Funkhaus in Aschaffenburg am Main.
There, Stefan learned Marketing from scratch on. He wrote Advertising Copy for Newspaper Ads and Radio Commercials, planned complete Advertising Campaigns and managed the corresponding yearly Advertising Budgets for his Clients.
1998 - 2007
In 1998, Stefan took his First steps in the Real Estate Industry and sold prefabricated Houses throughout Germany and Switzerland for the Company named FingerHaus GmbH in Frankenberg / Eder.
Within three years, Stefan was consistently among the TOP 10 Best Selling Agents. Stefan hold constantly the highest average turnover per Sale of all Agents during his time working for the Company.
2007 - 2011
In 2007, Stefan became a Franchise Licence Partner of ENGEL & VÖLKERS Immobilien GmbH in Hamburg and acquired the Residential Licence "ENGEL & VÖLKERS Offenbach am Main".
Stefan bought the Licence and built it up from scratch.
Within three years, the Office was one of the Top 3 most successful Real Estate Agencies in the Region.
2008 - 2011
In 2008, Stefan acquired the second Residential Franchise Licence "ENGEL & VÖLKERS Frankfurter Süden" from ENGEL & VÖLKERS Immobilien GmbH, Hamburg.
Stefan took over the Licence and within 3 years he and his Team tripled the Turnover and increased the Number of Employees from 1 to 8.
2012 - 2019
2012 saw the Exit of the ENGEL & VÖLKERS Licences and the Founding of the independent Hessische Immobilienvermittlung KG with Offices in Bad Homburg v.d.H. as well as Dreieich.
In 2016, Stefan started digitising the Company. All Processes were mapped and setup digitally.
For Example: Customer and Property acquisition via Paid Ads, Virtual Viewings with Drone Shots, E-Mail Marketing, Internal Communication Systems, CRM System, Employee Recruitment and Training, etc..
2018 - 2019
In 2018, Stefan moved personally from Frankfurt am Main to London.
Stefan opened a Branch Office for Hessische Immobilienvermittlung KG in Mayfair / London to serve Coustomers who moved to Germany because of Brexit.
2019 - Today
In 2019, Stefan founded WERA Capital Partners Limited in London.
With it's extraordinary Network WERA Capital Partners is a discreet leading Expert Advisory Team focused on Business Consulting and Investing in the ASEAN-Region.
2020 - Today
In 2020, Stefan re-positioned CLAMS Consulting Limited - We build Digital Assets + Market Leaders.
We are the Strategic Brain behind Brands and Companies.

Stefan is a full-time Businessman, born in 1966, lives in London since 2018. But he is also a Private Person and a Father with a strong sense for his Family and Friends.
Stefan enjoys Art, Books, Coffee, Fashion, Food, Music, Socialising, Traveling and spending Time in Nature.
